Stedelijk X

An offline experience to attract a young, urban audience to the Stedelijk Museum. Stedelijk X is a format for a series of events where the museum invited six well known Amsterdammers to curate their own audio tour and opening event. Soundcloud was used as an alternative audio tour.

The experience generated a lot of free PR but more important: an increase of a younger audience. Stedelijk X has proven to be a sustainable idea since the experience has successfully repeated three more times. The idea also won a SpinAward for Content.

Modern entrepreneurs think sustainable

A digital experience for Eneco Business. The Check –  where entrepreneurs discover to what degree sustainability is on their mind. They find out if they’re a starter, a go-getter or a front runner. Eneco inspires them with video content of an entrepreneur who’s one step ahead.

We produced an online questionnaire existing of five triggering questions. The same questions where used in interactive banners to direct the target audience towards the website. Eneco serviced entrepreneurs by making sustainability a bit more entertaining and engaging.

Wundernacht, a surprise night out

We were tired of going to the same restaurants and events. As a solution we launched offline experience Wundernacht. On your Wundernacht all events, bars and restaurants were booked for you. A text message invited you to your first location. From here on you would receive envelopes with letters that directed you from one location to another.

From idea to prototype to investment to pulling the plug. We designed the brand and created all means of communication. From a get-to-know-you survey to the envelopes and from the website to the commercial. How we got our customers? Almost all our bookings came from worth of mouth. 

Investing for people

In today’s investment industry bots and algorithms decide what happens with your investment money. Dutch bank Triodos wants you to prove that you’re not a robot before you start investing. An online experience as add on to the campaign that was broadcasted on TV and social. Webby award winner for website.

Secret Sinterklaas

We wanted to give everybody in Holland a chance to celebrate Sinterklaas. For that reason we launched a new service – pakjesavondvooriedereen.nl. People would buy a ticket and had to write a short poem and buy small gift for another user participant. Thanks to a lot of free PR we sold more than 1000 tickets, made it to national TV and donated the profits to a good cause.

Virtual Easter eggs

A golden oldie. A digital experience as an addition to Hema’s Easter campaign. Back in the days one of the first online experiences with the use of AR and 365 technology. An activation that went viral on Facebook without spending money on sponsored posts or influencers (also back in the days). When successfully finding all virtual eggs users would receive a voucher they could cash in at a Hema store.

Wout works together with agencies, independent thinkers, makers and production studios. He studied Dutch culture & language at Radboud University and Interactive Art Direction at Hyper Island. People say he has an entrepreneurial and curious mindset, thinking and working at a fast pace. An experienced creative, full of energy and a pretty decent guy to have around.
